The WPIwiki was started to collect information and preserve the traditions and history of Worcester Polytechnic Institute. This site exists as a way for students, faculty, staff, and alumni to let outsiders know what WPI is about, to share its sense of community and tradition with the rest of the world, and to allow students, new or old, to learn something new that they may not have found otherwise. There are a lot of small things that go into making a community, and it's the small things that tend to get forgotten. The purpose of this wiki is to build on the WPI community and make sure that all of the history and traditions are easily accessible from one place.

Are you a new student? Perhaps you're looking into coming to WPI. Maybe you've been here for a couple of years now and are just curious. Regardless of who you are or what your interest in WPI is, the WPIwiki is here to give you all of the information you could possibly want about Worcester Polytechnic Institute.

Every school has its clubs and organizations, and WPI is no exception. On the WPIwiki you can find out about defunct clubs, such as the Boyntonians and Newspeak, Unofficial groups such as CLICK, Crimson Key, and WPIIRC, or about any of the many hundreds of clubs on campus recognized by the SGA, such as the SAS, the WPI Mac Users Group, or the Game Development Club (to name a small few).
